I cannot add new update services

No matter what I do when I try to add new update services to the existing one (http://rpc.pingomatic.com) for example http://rpc.technorati.com/rpc/ping once I click save change it doesn’t save anything.
It goes back to default update service – just http://rpc.pingomatic.com.
Why is it happening?
