I cannot correct the stock quantity

I sell fabrics. If I see that there is a wrong quantity in stock and I want to correct, I get an error message: The stock has not been updated because its value has changed since the change.There are no pending actions on the product.
This is not the case with all products.

For example, there are 3 products in stock. I order more and want to change the quantity to 13, but I can’t.

What could be the problem?

You mentioned that this does not happen with every product, correct?

Do you see any similarities between the products that have this issue?
Are they all simple or all variable products?
Have you added them via the default WooCommerce interface or have you used another plugin?

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

I started in woocommerce by importing products with the All Import plugin. In the future, I have made products by copying.
Even copied (self-added) products cannot be changed in quantity. I don’t see any similarities between the products that have this issue.
Problem is only wiht simple products.

On your report, I can see that the database needs to be updated, this might be the cause of the stock error. Can you please update it and check if the issue persists? You can find more about this in this guide. If the issue remains, please let us know so we can assist you further.

The error you shared is probably not related to the stock issue, but it is still good to take a look. It is related to the Wordfence plugin. Please make sure it is updated and if it is, please reach out to it’s support so they can investigate it further. 🙂

Wordfence answer: Our plugin won’t modify any database values in WooCommerce if stock values have been changed.

I deactivated wordfence and tried to change the quantity on the product. Still gave an error message. It is not related to Wordfene.

Thanks for getting back to us with more details.

Just to understand, were you able to update your database as my colleague had suggested?

I was able to notice that you have 37 active plugins, could you please try disabling all plugins only leaving WooCommerce as the active plugin and try updating the stock to see if the issue persists?
