Are you on the latest version of the plugin? If not, can you try updating the DHL for WooCommerce plugin to see if that fixes the issue?
Yes I have the latest version of DHL for Woocommerce.

I have been using the plugin for about a year. I even tried editing the adress but nothing has changed.
I really need to generate the label quickly because I need to send the order out today.

Where do I find the Log File?
