Hello:
Apparently it is due to an incompatibility with one of the other plugins. We tested it on a clean install of WordPress and sure enough, it worked.
We will try to locate the plugin it conflicts with later. Maybe that information will be useful for you.

Sorry for the delay. We deactivated all plugins and still it was impossible for us to solve the problem. We assume that some plugin that is no longer installed on our WordPress left something in the configuration that interferes with the operation of PublishPress Planner. We have installed it on other websites we manage and it works perfectly.
If we find a solution in the future, I’ll stop by and comment on it.
