I cannot download subscribers

    It´s been days since I´m trying to download subscribers from different Forms I´m currently using from Form Maker. They begin to download, but it takes HOURS for the progression bar to advance, and eventually it stops. I´m way behind updating my external data base, hence I really need this to be solved.

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble downloading your form subscribers.

    To help us investigate this further, could you please let us know which versions of the Form Maker plugin you’re currently using? It would also be helpful if you could check your server error logs for any related messages around the time you attempt the export.

    In the meantime, we recommend asking your hosting provider to increase the max execution time on your server, as long-running processes like large data exports can time out if this limit is too low.

    Let us know once you have that info or if you need help locating anything—we’ll do our best to get this sorted quickly!
