I cannot download the ColorMag Theme

I have purchased all Theme Plan because I was using the free theme which is fantastic.
Regarding the support I have concerns. Does the company Theme Grill still operating?

I read previous comments and reviews but…

I place the order on Friday 15/4 I paid via PayPal same day I received emails with activation codes and APIs and everything seemed OK.. Under my account in the dashboards or elsewhere I don’t see the APIs or how can I start the zip download.
I have contact them many times by emails and few phone calls. I also call the CC the company that receives the money on behalf and I haven’t received an answer from that “good, little & humble” IT company from Nepal.

Do you know how can I download the ColorMag Pro zip and to use my own keys?

Actually I purchased all their themes Plan spending 149$ to support the guys from Nepal….

Do you know if there is a big holiday in Nepal and they don’t take care of their supporting department?
