I cannot edit my crafted emails

    Hello

    I just purchased the starter plan and downloaded the plugin. I’m able to send test emails successfully, but when i create a new email from scratch, i can’t seem to be able to choose any of the options on the toolbar, like hyperlinking,text size and font, etc…

    What seems to be the issue here?

    I can only delete text and type tet but not edit.

    This plan says i have premium support, and i cannot seem to find any way to contact you guys but here.

    please assist urgently.

    it was resolved somehow after reinstalling the plugin.
