    Hi there,

    It seems like the combination of themes, page-builders and/or other plugins on your site might be causing a conflict. To get to the root of the issue, you may have to do a conflict test.

    Do note; conflict tests can be disruptive, so a staging site is recommended. Not just for this conflict test, but also for future development and updates, which you can safely test on a staging site first.
