I cannot find plugins option..Please help me

    Do you have a self-hosted (ww.wp.xz.cn) site? WordPress.COM sites do not have a plugins menu other than as in JetPack.

    I just upgraded a domain from wordpress.com to a .com domain…..please explain me clearly step by step im very new to all these….please bear with me
