Yes. I’m still having this issue. I already download this plugin, when I refer to my plugin, there is no Ad Inserter there. Can you fix this ?

What do you mean by “when I refer to my plugin”?
Means that, when I want to use this plugin, its totally not there in my plugin download section.
Then the plugin is not installed and activated.
Again, you don’t have to download anything.
You can install it as described on the Plugins page as other plugins.
I already activate and installed it. But why in my installed plugin section doesn’t appear at all this plugin. Can you check why?

Normaly the settings page is accessed by going to /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=ad-inserter.php:
in the left sidebar menu go to Settings / Ad Inserter.
Well, then the plugin is not activated.
You need to fix the error first.

Obviously there is someting wrong (or incompatible) with your WP installation or web server.
Please post the error message.
