I just bought a new laptop yesterday and now cannot log in to any of my wordpress blogs for my clients. I have deleted cache and cookies, and still nothing. I am still able to log in with my old laptop so I know it is not a username / password issue.

Did you try some other computers/ mobile devices so that you can zero down the error to your new laptop?

Yes, I did. I tried my old laptop, and it worked fine there.

I too have a client who can’t login to a fresh WP install, after clearing cache and cookies. I am able to login on both my PC and Laptop using their same login details. Can firewalls be an issue as I haven’t recommended disabling that yet?
