But why all the CSS of the turned OFF plugins are still loaded in the mobile view of pagespeed?
Wait I just accessed it on my phone using chrome and I did get the disqus comments. Then I went in and entered the browser string for my phone and I didn’t get the disqus comments. It looks like you need to redo the user agent strings. It is detecting my desktop browser as mobile even when I dont fake the string. And it isn’t detecting some mobile browsers.
They arent. Contact-form-7 and disqus were not loaded if I accessed them with a browser that was detected as mobile per your list of user agents.
I changed your user agent strings. They don’t need to be the full string to match You can use keywords like wbkit, ipad, iphone, android, etc. It does a regular expression match on the browser string. Desktop browsers won’t have these things in their user agent string. I will put your strings back in the settings.
Here is the list I was using. Your old list is saved on your settings page.
webkit
android
apple
iphone
ipad
Ok, I did add Google Page Speed Insight on a new line, that was the problem.
