I cannot save changes to my menu

When I try to save a change to my top menu, I get this error message:
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Is this a problem you can help me with?
I am using WordPress 6.7.2 running Twenty Fourteen theme. Two things happened recently: we migrated to a new host, and wp updated.
We keep a very simple blog, minimum of plug-ins, two of which are to keep the classic look. I have tried deactivating them all, cleared caches, even tried different browsers and computers.

Hi there!
Yes, I can help! Since you recently migrated to a new host and updated WordPress, the issue is likely related to one of the following
URL Length & ModSecurity Rules
PHP Configuration Limits
I need little more information about the server configurations.
Happy to help youWhat kind of info do you need? Keeping in mind that I know very little techie stuff.
Have a look under Tools > Site Health to see if any anomalies are listed there.
Also contact the support of your (new) hoster. The error message indicates a problem in their configuration, details of which can be found in the above-mentioned Site Health.
Hello, Threadi, That was the first thing I looked at. Everything was ok, except that I noticed the php was out of date, so that was taken care of. I was in touch with the tech support at our new host, they looked at it and said it was not a problem at their end. I deactivated the plug-ins, no change. It’s most peculiar, everything else works fine. It’s a dead easy webpage because our hope is to involve more members. The site is monsffa.ca
If I contact support at the host again, what specifically should I ask about?
