I Cannot Save my Plugin Settings & So Cannot Set Up Plugin. Help Please!

I have read all the directions and the FAQ’s. I do not have any Cache plugin. I tried to look to see a couple of things that are supposed to be in place on my site (two technical issues) but I could not check them. I received a reply to my contact form questions but I feel unhelped. All I got was a cookie-cutter response saying “Did you read our FAQ’s?” and something calling on me to hire them to do quality work on my site. Hmmm. I thought this plugin was free. When I configure the plugin, set up each of my social media profiles and how I want them to show on my site, I cannot cick any “Save” button. I tried to get it as a widget, all to no avail. I was able to easily set up the Subscription Form. Can anyone help? I’d hate to disable this plugin because of being unable to get it to work. Thank you!
