I cannot upload 2 important apps

    I cannot update these 2 apps and I have tried many times:

    1. Advanced Custom Fields PRO

    2. WPBakery Page Builder

    All others are OK.

    Those are not “Apps”, they are “plugins”, do not refer to plugins as “apps” , its misleading.

    Thats paid plugins. You have to obtain updates from where you have bought them.
    Alternatively, they can come with your theme (notably WPBakery is often bundled with themes), so check if you have theme updates (most likely you are using commercial theme too, as free themes do not bundle paid components).
