I cannot use widgets

    Hello.

    I am going crazy here.

    I have watched 100 tutorials on how to use widgets and they all show the same thing but when I do it nothing happens or changes.

    What am I missing?

    I’m using AccessPress paralax pro.

    I’ve deactivated all my plug ins.
    I’ve enabled accessibility mode.

    Can someone please help?
