I can’t create custom fields like select, checkbox “required fields missing”

Every time I try to create a custom field of type single select, multiple select, radio button, checkbox, the alert “required fields missing” always appears when saving.
I fill out all the fields, even those that are not required.
It doesn’t happen with other types of fields that don’t have option values.
