I can’t create form

    Hello, I installed the free Wpforms in WordPress, but I can’t create forms. The form creation buttons are clicked but go nowhere. I made contact with the hostinger server and even cleaned the cache and dns, but without success. Also deleted and re-installed but to no avail again. I ask for help

    I tried to reproduce the issue on a local site, but I was unable. Here’s a screencast.

    When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

    In case the issue continues, could you please record a screencast of the issue? In case it helps, you can share the screencast using Streamable.com. Also, please go to WPForms > Tools > System Info, and share with us the details in the System Info.

    Hi @vitaldias,

    We discovered that this issue is caused by an error in the Brazilian Portuguese translation of the .po file. We have a typo causing the issue, and our team is working on this issue.

    In the meantime, you can use the Loco Translate plugin to fix the issue. For this, you can search for this string:

    Complete the <b>WPForms Challenge</b> and get up and running within %1$d&nbsp;%2$s.
