• I can’t edit the Store page.
When I click Edit, the message “The theme you are currently using is not compatible with the site editor” appears.
I can’t remove the text “Please indicate the biggest use case for your product. Briefly explain how it will help your customers.” I also don’t see the Edit with Elementor option.

  • Hi @pauleskka,

It looks like you’re trying to edit the default shop archive page, which displays your public product listings. This page isn’t editable in the standard editor by design – this is how WooCommerce works, not an issue with your Sydney theme or WordPress.

    Hi @kharisblank,

Exactly! Because the first thing you see when you access the Shop page are the words: “Please indicate the biggest use case for your product. Briefly explain how it will help your customers.” And this text doesn’t make sense to my customers. Especially since I’m in Brazil. So it’s necessary to edit or remove it. But I can’t do this at all.

    Hi @pauleskka,

The text you’re referring to doesn’t appear to come from the Botiga theme. This is likely part of WooCommerce’s default content.

To confirm this, you can test it yourself by:

    1. Temporarily switching to a different theme (like Storefront)
    2. Keeping WooCommerce active
    3. Checking if the same text appears

This will help determine if it’s theme-related or part of WooCommerce. I’d recommend doing this with your test site.
