When viewing the edit Page/Post screen look at the top right corner of the area where you input the content. You should see a Visual/HTML tab, click the HTML tab and insert your code in there.
Thanks so much Mr JarretC. But unfortunately,I still don’t get it! One of the codes needed to be pasted in my default web page source code? Honestly,I can view my source code on my website (“view > source”) but I know I cannot edit from there. Going to the dashboard, I cannot find any source code to edit or paste any new code! I used to do this on launch pad successfully though,but I am a novice or newbie to word press. Please can you assist me further?

Oh, log into the dashboard and on the left hand side click on Appearance then click on Editor and that will allow you to modify your files.
