Hi @mktbekatravel , Nik from 10Web here, thanks for reporting this!
We’ve tested the latest version of our plugin (2.32.7) on a fresh WordPress installation but couldn’t reproduce the JavaScript error. This might indicate a conflict with another plugin or theme on your site.
To help identify the cause, you can try the following steps using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin:
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin from the WordPress repository.
- Go to Tools > Site Health, then click on the Troubleshooting tab.
- Enable Troubleshooting Mode — this will deactivate all plugins just for your user session (your visitors won’t be affected).
- While in troubleshooting mode:
- Activate only the 10Web Booster plugin.
- Check if the error still appears.
- If the issue doesn’t occur, start enabling your other plugins one by one, checking each time to see when the error comes back.
- If needed, also switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to rule out theme-related conflicts.
Let us know what you find, and we’ll be happy to assist further based on the results!
