I can’t insert a image gallery

    hello – i am uploading images from my computer and for some reason i can’t make an image gallery with them – even though i have had that option before – any ideas of why i can’t do this?

    Could you explain why you can’t create a gallery? Is that the Insert gallery button is missing even though you uploaded multiple images whilst editing a given page/post? Or did you upload images via Media/Add New main menu option?

    yes the insert gallery button is missing when i upload multiple images and yes I am uploading and yes I am uploading add an image from computer and selecting mutliple images and then clicking upload

    Try:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.
