Can you send me a Diagnostics report so I can get a better overview of your environment? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL. Please include your ww.wp.xz.cn username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.

Can you please adjust How Does Wordfence get IPs to CF-Connecting-IP, then try a remote scan and let me know if it helps?

Still not able to start scan reliably, sometimes diagnostics say it cant connect back to my site, with a curl 28 error. But sometimes it is perfectly alright.
I have send the email again with new settings, please have a look.

Hey @adil10101,
If it’s working sometimes, and sometimes not, you might reach out to your host for their thoughts. It’s possible a firewall on the server/network level is blocking them.
Please reach out to your host and let me know what they say.

They said, there is no firewall and no error in their server. I am using cloudflare, could that interfere in any way

I have whitelisted wordfence servers but to a limited range, due to cloudflare range input problem. i could only input 0/24,not 0/27
