I can't update WordPress

    Hi anybody,
    I was trying to update my WordPress automatically. But I can’t and the following errors occurred.

    Warning: copy(E:/HostingSpaces/nigcworl/jobs.nigcworld.com/wwwroot/wp-admin/includes/update-core.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in E:\HostingSpaces\nigcworl\jobs.nigcworld.com\wwwroot\wp-admin\includes\class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 200

    Could not copy files. Installation Failed.

    I installed my blog at http://www.jobs.nigcworld.com. Please anybody help me.
