This might be an issue with a plugin. Could you try disabling all the plugins and then check if that resolves the issue? Then you can enable them one by one to identify the one causing the error. Let me know if this works. 🙂

I tried but it didn’t work. This gutenberg thing disabled I assumed but I couldn’t solve it.

Can you please again once try deactivating the used plugin in your site and see if that helps? And to let you know, while checking the same within our development environment, we could not replicate the theme. So, maybe something is wrong within your setup. And if you’ve edited any of the theme code on your own then, can you revert the changes done and see if that helps?

Upon checking the error_log provided on the screenshot, it seems like the Jetpack plugin is causing the issue. You can disable the Jetpack plugin and try once.
