    Hi all,
I installed WordPress on Plesk and whenever I try to login to the admin panel it says
“This site can’t be reached. Medialinks.com.bh’s server IP address could not be found.
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”

The same happens everywhere..I tried in different PCs, Mac, and even in mobile .. if i try to access the website itself, it shows “You do not have the permission to view this directory/page”

Now I have put the website into maintenance mode. I do not know what is going wrong or how to fix this. Could you guys please help me to resolve this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    YOU ARE A GENIUS!!

Yeah, yeah, yeah, Now I got access to the dashboard. But how in the world did it resolved? It resolved by itself or what? Since the hosting team didnt got back to me, I dont think they did anything from their end now. Or is it them who did this?

The only question I have to ask you now is, Whenever I turn on the maintenance mode, I cannot enter the dashboard, so does that mean that I need to turn off the maintenance mode to work inside the dashboard ? I dont want to show my customers an unfinished website being developed in the background. What is a workaround for this? Could you please help?

The only question I have to ask you now is, Whenever I turn on the maintenance mode, I cannot enter the dashboard,

You should be able to get to the dashboard with Plesk’s maintenance mode turned ON provided you click on the “LOG IN” link in Plesk.

If you go straight to the login page by typing in the address in the browser, it will not work (unless you’re already logged in). This is because Plesk’s maintenance mode takes over the entire site (dashboard included), not just the public site.

If having to go to Plesk to click on the “LOG IN” link each time is a bother (or this doesn’t work for you as I’ve described above), you can disable Plesk’s native maintenance mode feature, and install a WordPress “maintenance mode” or “coming soon” plugin that doesn’t take over the login page. (eg https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/coming-soon/)
