I installed a plugin that said something about an error with footer.php, and I decided I would just delete it, now the site doesn’t work right. Is there a way I can get back footer.php without creating another site?

you have a theme … copy the footer.php file from new theme package and just place that in your choose theme folder i think your theme name is Bushwick.

either get the footer.php code from here http://themes.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/bushwick/1.1.2/footer.php

or download the zipped theme http://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/download/bushwick.1.1.2.zip, unzip it locally on your computer, and upload footer.php into the theme’s folder on the server (per FTP).
