This could be due to your account is not at administrator’s level or you have some roles/capabilities plugin installed.
You can contact your hosting and see if they can assist to find the cause.
In addition to @raytan12 recommendation, also see this guide: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-sorry-you-are-not-allowed-to-access-this-page-wordpress

Hi there,
Let’s see if there is an error on the WooCommerce Logs. Kindly provide us the following:
- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
- Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
Also, can you provide a screenshot of the error message and the developer console? If you need instructions on how to open the developer console on your browser, follow this guide.
Thanks!
hi dear
1- you can see my system status here
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/in-wordpres-panel-my-products-page-didnt-load-fully/#post-15156255After update wordpres and woocoomerce to last version
i delete all plugin but i have problem yet !
i guess maybe this problem from databaseHi @amireza2000
Thanks for sharing that. Per the other thread it seems that upon updating WordPress some of the issues with the site were resolved but not all.
As for not being able to access
wp-admin/plugin-install.php, kindly share the Fatal Error Log, a screenshot of the error message and the developer console as requested earlier, so we can take a closer look.hi dear @margaretwporg
i enable debug in wp-config but i didn’t see any eror in wp-admin/plugin-install.php page , does we have any way to see fatal eror ?
Hi @amireza2000
You can find fatal error log under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
Hi there,
you can see log in this adress
This is a fatal error from the Litespeed Cache plugin but it’s a month old so you’d want to look for more recent errors.
When you’re performing conflict testing can you confirm you also change the theme to Storefront? Reading above it looks like you only deactivate plugins. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Also, looking at your System Status it appears your software is not up to date. You need to run all updates and this will probably help solve your issue. Before doing that, make sure you have a full backup in place.
Thanks.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
