I don’t get any data

    I have set up my Monser Insights correctly (or I thinks so, can Wizard go wrong? :D) and Analytics correctly. But I havent reseive any data for like 2 weeks. Plugin does not show any errors or anything, but Analytics says that
    Data collection is not enabled on your site. Analytics does not show any real time data also, even if my website is users.

    Thanks for sharing that 🙂 I was able to take a look and I think there’s a misconfiguration of a cookie banner plugin.

    I think what’s happening is Cookiebot is currently blocking MonsterInsights tracking, but because there is no banner for site visitors to opt-in to tracking, tracking never gets unblocked.

    Once you’re able to resolve that message, please let me know and I’ll be happy to check things again.

    Can you see any errors now? I deactivated my Cookiebot.

    Actually now its working! Can you recommend some plugins for where I can manage my GDPR cookie popups, that works fine with InSights?

    I’m glad to hear 🙂 It’s possible that Cookiebot will work after it’s properly configured.

    I’m not totally familiar with how other plugins integrate with our Lite version unfortunately. It’s possible that another plugin called Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA By Hu-manity.co may integrate with our Lite version without issue, but if you reach out to the support team of cookie solutions you find, they should be able to provide more expertise.

    In case it helps, our EU Compliance addon, as part of our paid version, does help make getting set up easier (on top of our paid version adding other super handy tracking features).
