    Hope you’re well today πŸ™‚

Would you mind posting link to your site so I can take a look?

    Best regards,

    Hello Bojan,
    The site is under construction.
Could you write down your email so that I give you an admin access?

Could you write down your email so that I give you an admin access?

Please don’t. As Bojan knows that is discouraged and can get people in trouble in these forums. πŸ˜‰

Which Bojan doesn’t ask for, the support provided by him is top notch.

Can you post what theme and plugins you have active? There may be a conflict in your setup.

    Hey again whoaloic,

We’re not allowed to post email addresses in this forum, you can find more info in the forum rules page here: https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Forum_Welcome.

You could however contact us via our contact form with the site link but before we do that I think I understand what you mean now.

Post update button appears once you click in the what’s new text field and it is being replaced with Add photos, Add video and Add link buttons based on what you select above.

The easiest way to change this would actually be to use plugin translation files to change text on those buttons or alternatively use plugins such as this one https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/real-time-find-and-replace/ that allows you to replace specific text. Once the plugin is installed and activated you can add text in Tools -> Real-Time Find and Replace, see screenshot http://screencast.com/t/rDZB86iiUH.

    Hope this helps πŸ™‚

    Cheers,
    Bojan

I install the plugin in a test site!
    http://www.inter-decor.fr/activity/

When I upload a picture, the submit button is hidden…

    Hey again whoaloic,

I’ve checked your site and I’m not being able to see this as you have disabled registration and this would require me having an account there in order to test this.

Did you check what I’ve mentioned above?

Post update button appears once you click in the what’s new text field and it is being replaced with Add photos, Add video and Add link buttons based on what you select above.

Is this the outcome you’re having too?

    Please advise,
    Bojan

    Hello!
    I enable registration now.
When I click in the what’s new textarea, the post button appears.
But when I upload a photo, the post button disappears.
I understand that it is replaced with Add photos.
But what I would like is to keep the default post button.
indeed, if the user would like to write a note AND add a photo…I think it’s more logic to have a button “Submit post”.
Is there an easy way to do that?

    Hey whoaloic,

No reason for me to register now as this is the default behavior of the plugin.

I think it’s more logic to have a button “Submit post”.
Is there an easy way to do that?

You can check what I wrote above. You can simply use plugin translation files to replace the text of those 3 buttons to “Post Update”. You’ll find more information on how to use translation files here.

You can also consider using plugin such as this one https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/real-time-find-and-replace/ which allows you to replace specific text on the front end.

By doing any of the above you can change the text of those buttons to use the same text as your Post Update button so it can appear as this is the same button if that make sense.

    Hope this helps πŸ™‚

    Cheers,
    Bojan
