I don't understand !

    Hi,
    I’ve installed the plugin Delighful Doownload
    I’ve activated de plugin
    I’ve created my downloads

    Now I want to insert a download button in a page
    I push the “Add download” button
    I choose a download (id=454)
    The text : [ddownload id=”434″ text=”Download” style=”button” color=”blue”] appears on my page

    But when I update my page and visualise it, I can only read :
    [ddownload id=”434″ text=”Download” style=”button” color=”blue”]
    Is there something I missed ?

    If you can help me … I’m a complete newbye on WP ;-(

    I use WP 3.5.1, the theme CANYON By Jinsona Version 1.0.0
    Additionnal plugins : qtranslate, Tablepress …

    I had the same problem when I installed this plug-in and also the bbPress forum plug-in on an older WP installation with a theme based on Kubrick. That being said, I upgraded WP to 3.5.1, so the system has a WP that is relatively current using an old theme.

    In the old theme the function to render the page in the WP loop is get_the_content() which doesn’t process the short codes for newer plug-ins. In newer themes the function that renders the page is the_content(), which does process the short codes on newer plug-ins. I haven’t dug into the core code to see why this is so yet.
