Do you know how to install WordPress plugins?
Yes I have installed it and activiated it. But should I install into a new WordPress account domain? Do I need to create a subdomain?
No, you don’t need new domain. If you have activated the plugin you should see Products menu in WordPress administration area, it will let you add products, and there should be a Products page (it is usually created automatically) where your products will appear. You also should set shipping, billing and other settings in Settings->Store.
I have done all this and created an example product with a sandbox paypal account. But how do I see the shop?
You should see Products page in front-end of the website. That’s where shop is located.
that confuses me where is front-end of the website. I can’t see any links on my home page.

Inside you will find categories and products.
I don’t know how the menu is created in your website but you should probably go to Appearance->Menu and add this link to your existing menu so people could see it.
You should also add either a link to checkout (which is http://theorganisedhousewife.com.au/products-page/checkout/ ) or add checkout widget to your sidebar.
