Once you delete the plugin it will recover.
Reinstalling will freeze in the same place even though you have not installed it.

- Disable all of your plugins, except for WPP.
- Go to the Widgets section to see if the problem persists.
- Check your home page to see if the issue persists.
- Report back your findinds.

Install similar WP-PostViews
WP-PostViews worked normally.
Then wordpress popular posts also started normally.
Then stop WP-PostViews.
Currently wordpress popular posts are working properly.
I do not know the deep part but for the time being
I will do with this.
