I get this warning when DEBUG is active

When DEBUG is active, I get these warnings:

Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the add-search-to-menu domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /home/publicta/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6121

It seems to be related to Ivory Search because the warning goes away when this plugin is deactivated.

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.

I could not reproduce the issue using the latest version of the plugin.

Are you using the Index settings of the plugin?

Please try resetting the Index settings of the plugin displayed on the path below.

Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Index

I have the same issue. This warning was apparently added in 6.7 but I only saw it triggered after upgrading to WP 6.8, and/or the latest ivory search. The warnings do go away when I disable ivory search. I tried your advice of deleting indexing, and clicking “delete” and “save” do they go away.

In case you want to root cause this, I have a stack trace (screen capture, sorry). If so, what’s a good way to share that with you?

@vinod-dalvi sorry for my delay in acknowledging your reply. I have followed your steps and it seems that the warning no longer displays. I can also confirm that I am using WP 6.8.1.

Btw, I was not using indexing prior to the “delete” index action. Really, I think the fix was to make any change and click “save”.

I still have the issue. When you do an install and nothing else. Latest WordPress, latest Ivory Search

Same as above. Was able to fix the error by clicking ‘Save’ in the Settings > Index.
Note: this error occured on a fresh install of the plugin.
