I got no Forms menu

I have installed the plugin, but the forms option does not appear in my menu. I have tried reïnstalling it, installing a older version of the plugin, but nothing helps.

Can someone help me, because I would really like to use this plugin on my site, but I can’t get it to work. 🙁
