If needed, you can access to logs from a FTP server in this folder: /wp-content/uploads/notionwpsync-logs.
You can send them to us as well.
It will help us better understand where the problem comes from.
Thanks a lot for using Notion WP Sync!

I think the user betrayedcarrot would love to get further assist, like me. We installed the plugin, but it doe not work. I sent an e-mail already but you didn’t want to help on that way. So I am here.
I got no logs and my hoster said, there is an error message: [16-May-2023 07:52:40] WARNING: [pool xxx.blog] child 2001 said into stderr: “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function Notion_Wp_Sync\getmypid() in /www/wp-content/plugins/wp-sync-for-notion/includes/class-notion-wp-sync-importer.php:188″«
I might be a sensational solution but the free way to sync easily between notion and wordpress should work first.
The specific error states that an undefined function named “getmypid()” was called. This leads to a so-called “Fatal error”, which aborts the script at this point and stops execution.
So, please solve it, that we can go the next step together.
Hi,
We understand your frustration regarding the issue you encountered with our plugin, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
In our previous email, we kindly requested that you share your problem on our support forum. This approach allows us to provide assistance in a more organized manner and benefits other users who may encounter similar issues.
Regarding the specific error you mentioned, which states that an undefined function named “getmypid()” was called, we would like to explain the situation. This function, unfortunately, is blocked by several hosting providers as a security measure. However, we have removed this function in our Pro and Pro+ versions, and it will also be addressed in the upcoming update of our free version.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
WP connect Support
