I HATE this plugin!!!

all i want is to be able to dlete the cache and turn it off sometimes.. its a nightmare! seriously.. I spent ages fighting against cached content. Fine.. it does what it says.. but I have no idea how to disable it. I untick everything and delete the cache (and empty my browser cache) it stillshows cached content! – simple on/off/purge button???
