I have a issue with this program

After the logs have filled up, I cannot export to a csv file or check and delete to empty the logs, all I get every time is this error message, which means absolutely nothing to me, so what do I do?, maybe just uninstall it, does not look like anyone else has posted here, does anyone else have this issue, or is this program now dead?
