I have problem plugin and theme

I am writing to plugin developer, IT Huge Video Gallery to give my felicitacioens for his work and design.
On the other hand indicate that when installed in the version of wordpress gives me problems when activating it, since I left blocked the production of the web or problems with my theme Customizer Pro, or not loaded and the menus let a dividing line and not loaded with enough performance.

I tried to fix it somehow touching the editable code, but I could not. Could you give some solution? I know that with other issues does not give problems that I’ve had in Local.pero seems so compatibility issues with WordPress themes.
