i have problem with statistic plugin

This is related to the mentioned plugin configuration. In the settings of that plugin, under General>Counter mode select Fast AJAX

This will bypass the cache and allow this plugin to load the counter:

This is the method for the mentioned plugin as most plugins have a solution to work with cache, depending on what the plygin actually do.

So the provided method is for the statistics plugin you mentioned. As for the other plugin you mentioned, I am not sure what it does and what kind of issues you are experiencing
