I installed the Jeg Elementor Kit through the Envato theme Juristic by themexshaper. However, I struggle with all the Jeg Elementor Kit elements. Whenever I change anything, it doesn’t load in the front end. I change the font, color, or font size, and it doesn’t show up in the site preview. And every time I edit something, I have to do it 10 times because as soon as I enter a widget, everything slows down and the changes don’t save.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @filippozanin,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. Could you please provide more detailed information about which widget is not reflecting the correct font, color, or other settings on the frontend? We previously visited your site, but we were unable to view it due to the “Under Construction” mode being active.

We would really appreciate it if you could share a screenshot or video showing the difference between the Editor and the frontend.

For now, we assume that the issue might be related to caching. We noticed that your site is hosted on SiteGround, which may have optimization or server-side caching features enabled. You may try clearing all caches on your site or temporarily disabling the optimization/cache features to confirm whether the issue is related to caching.

Regarding your issue with the Editor not saving or loading slowly, you may try increasing the WP Memory Limit configuration for your site. Sometimes, if the memory limit is set too low, site performance may degrade as the amount of data or content grows.

Elementor recommends a WP Memory Limit of 512MB, and 768MB for optimal performance. You can read more about Elementor’s system requirements at the link below:

    https://elementor.com/help/requirements/

That’s all we can share for now. We hope this helps.

    Thank You

    Hi!
After checking what you kindly suggested, verifying that the WP memory limit is set to 768MB (image attached), and clearing both the server-side and Elementor caches by regenerating the CSS files, I tried making the changes again, but the problem persists. I’ve attached a video to help you better understand the problem. The widget in the video is “JKit – Icon Box.” However, the problems recur with other widgets, especially when changing fonts and sizes. For example, I have no problem changing colors (even JKit fonts).

    Hello @filippozanin,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. We would also like to thank you for providing the screenshot and video, which have helped us better understand the issue.

Upon our review, we noticed that in the typography settings, both the Global Font and Custom Font options are enabled at the same time. We suspect that this may be the cause of the issue, as only one of these options should be active at a time.

To resolve this, you may try resetting the typography settings, then reconfiguring them accordingly. This issue has also been reported by other users previously, and you may refer to the discussion thread at the link below for a better understanding. The forum also includes a video tutorial on how to fix the issue.

We would also like to clarify that this issue is not caused by the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin. We have tested this scenario using only the Elementor plugin, and the same problem occurred. We have submitted a report to the Elementor team regarding this, but have not yet received a response.

That’s all the information we can provide at the moment. Should you experience any further difficulties related to this issue, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Thank You!

I have the same problem. When I deactivate the Jeg Elementor Kit Elementor works fine. When I activate the kit, the Elementor editor will not load and spins forever. Memory environment for my WordPress 6.8.2 is set to 512MB. Others have rolled back to 6.6.x and then Jeg Elementor Kit was working fine again with Elementor. I do not plan to roll back, for security reasons…

    Hello @fjkuypers,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response and for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. May we ask whether this issue occurs on all of your Elementor pages? Could you try creating a new page and editing it using the Elementor Editor?

If the issue affects all Editor pages, please check whether any error messages appear in error.log or debug.log files in your server. If there’s an error occurring on the server side, these logs typically contain detailed messages about the cause. If you’re not familiar with this, you may reach out to your hosting provider for assistance.

    https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

In addition to server-side logs, there may also be error messages generated on the frontend. You can open your browser’s console to inspect these messages. If any errors appear, sharing them with us would be very helpful.

Another method you can try is enabling the Switch Editor Loader Method option in Elementor’s settings. You can find this by going to Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced. For further guidance, please refer to Elementor’s documentation via the link below.

    https://elementor.com/help/server-configuration-conflicts/

If that still doesn’t work, you can try regenerating your site’s permalink structure. Sometimes permalink aren’t properly generated, which may prevent Elementor Editor from loading. You can go to Settings -> Permalinks and simply re-save the current settings.

    Screenshot-2024-01-25-at-09-57-35

As a final step, certain Elements/Widgets may sometimes cause issues. You may try disabling all Elements/Widgets from the Jeg Elementor Kit, then check if the Elementor Editor loads properly. If it does, that suggests one of the Elements/Widgets may be causing the problem. You can then reactivate them one by one to identify the culprit.

    https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/

Before trying any of the steps above, we strongly recommend backing up all your site data to ensure it can be restored if anything unexpected happens.

We also suggest increasing your WP Memory Limit to 768MB for better performance.

We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

    Thank You
