Unless your site is set to use a static front page, Home just points to the front page of your site. Are you using a custom menu?
Evidently I deleted my home page. I found it in the trash and restored it. So now Home is listed as a page. But the “tab” for home is missing where the page tabs are. So I can’t get back home if I’m on another page. Here’s my site: chemistrysky.com. You can see there’s no tab for “home” where other pages are listed. The tab for home used to be there.
It’s worse now. The page tab doesn’t seem to be working at all. Other pages are also NOT listed, even though they are set to display on the Main Page (no parent).
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Twenty Ten. The pages tab shows up correctly on the “preview” but not with the installed version. Pages tab also correct with different theme. How do I restore the Pages tab to function correctly? Please help.
Are you using a custom menu?
I did try making a couple of custom menus.
okay, deleted 2nd custom menu and now it’s working. thanks
I attempted to change my photo in my ABOUT tab. I use theme tarimon-notse with 3 Widgets Could not make it disappear, nor could I change any of the text. It’s been awhile since I set up my particular site and I was unable to find any button that allowed me to UPDATE. Now I have completely lost my ABOUT tab and I’d kind of like to know how to get it back!
Thanks for your attention.
