• Hello, I’m a very honest person and I like things straight. I’m having problems with a plugin developer Premium.

    I am being harmed because I am not trying to solve the problem presented in the plugin and the technical support of the developer does not respond to me.

    I had to hire a Server Infrastructure professional to diagnose the problem I’m having with the plugin in order to prove to the developer that the problem is not on my side, but in the programming of his plugin.

    I did several analyzes to be able to come here and complain about this. In our country we have a website where we register complaints from companies that do not comply with their obligations or provide poor service. And on this site I could see a lot of complaints from this Developer and most of them related to the same theme, that is to say the same subject that is: DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE COMBINED AND DOES NOT ATTEND THE SUPPORT. Therefore, I need the community to take a strict measure with this developer that has harmed many professionals who depend on WordPress as their main tool for income/work. Please let me know if there is a direct channel here in the community where I can expose my complaint and the request to contact this developer in order to punish him if necessary.

    I have proof and more proof that he has been a bad supplier where he has harmed many people.

    Developers are not obligated to provide support here. If they do so, they do so as volunteers, because there’s not a vendor/customer relationship here. If you are not getting the support you want from a developer, vote with your feet — walk away from their software and choose another theme or plugin.

    If it’s a premium plugin (that is, you got it from somewhere other than ww.wp.xz.cn and paid for it), then you probably paid for support and you should complain on the site that took your money.

    Punish? This is very important: if you try to use this site for any of that, that would be a mistake. These forums are not anyone’s site to complain and certainly not a place to “punish” anyone.

    If it is a plugin hosted on this site then as Steve said you are not owed support from anyone here. Not even a reply though it is fantastic when people out of the goodness of their heart does support people.

    If you mean a paid plugin then this is not the site for that either. It’s also not a site to attack anyone let alone “punish”. Please be aware of that before posting anything here like that.

    Yes, I am referring to a paid plugin and I am asking for instructions on how to file a claim. Jan Dembowski You mean that if there is a programmer who does not serve people incorrectly and provides a plugin that does not work.

    I’m supposed to stay quiet is that it? That is, do we not have the right to question? Do you support developers who don’t answer honestly? Why are you saying you’re gonna block me? You should say: Forward your complaint to email etc. And with that someone could understand what it is about in order to help me.     Even if it is a Premium Plugin, does ww.wp.xz.cn have an ethics policy to be complied with by Programmers? Or do things around here not even have a rule? I say this because the programmer who is not assisting me has hundreds of other complaints documented by other people who are having the same problem as I am. I would like to know how ww.wp.xz.cn can help us in these cases where we are not being served and the plugin does not work correctly. That’s simply what I’m asking.     Jan Dembowski to be a moderator is to understand what people are trying to communicate here. You judged me without even trying to understand what I’m communicating. I hope you understand now in more detail. It’s simple, I just want to know how I can complain about a product that doesn’t work and that we don’t have support. How does the community handle these cases? If you say that the communication does not even have a kind of responsibility policy for Premium programmers ok, we close the subject and we will have to leave that Programmer out there harming more people. That simple. Now if you stop to try to understand what I’m saying you will help hundreds of other people who have the same problem as me.

    Steven Stern (sterndata) Thanks for your information. Yes, the plugin is premium so I will file a lawsuit with the supplier.

    I just hoped that you could direct me to some complaint email here in the community where I could formalize my complaint against the product and the developer himself who does not fulfill his responsibility.

    My goal would be to communicate here in the community so that other people don’t go through what I’m going through buying a product that has hundreds of complaints from other customers.
