critical error with terra wallet

    whenever I try using the terra wallet to credit users it keep , you’re currently having a critical error on this site and I never get any mail on my admin on how to address it please help

    Hi @germanboy

    As you are not getting any error log to your email, and the ‘critical error’ does not specify the reason for the error, so, please install and activate this plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-debugging/) It should show the error specifically, then next action can be taken based on detailed error message.

    Thanks for the debugging plugin recommendation, I just installed it , deactivated all plugins exceptional of the the tera wallet plugin

    I then tried to credit a demo user again and below is the error I got , any help please?
