I need help… sidebar isn’t aligned right!

I am using css style sheets (floats) for my header of my site and for some reason, my sidebar doesnt show on the right side of the browser as it should… It shows fine in Firefox but i’m having trouble with it on IE6 and IE7.

Right now… the sidebar is shown below all of my content in my main posting area. How do I fix this?
