I NEED HELP URGENT

I am really confused, and not sure what I need. I want my site to have a custom post site tips, and display “tips” to every phone. For some reason anytime I try to do this I get 404’s. I want it to be like this:
e.g iPhone 6
site.com/tips/iphone-6/how-to-reset-phone
-Shows Tip
site.com/tips/iphone-6/
-Shows “Archive” or list of all tips
site.com/tips
-shows a page of all [hone or something

Anyway to do this, I have real headache trying to figure this out
