We ourselves cancelled our subscription right after we submitted a refund request. TMS did not cancel; we did.
We need our refund.
Hello there.
If you’ve submitted a refund request through our store, it will be processed within 5 – 7 business days. The plugin is sold through a reseller, and they do not process them immediately. We cannot find your purchase or your refund based on a nickname you use in this forum, so we cannot provide you a status update of the refund. The subscription is automatically cancelled when the refund is processed, so you didn’t have to do it manually.
This forum, however, is not the right place to leave a review like this, since it is not dealing with the full (paid) version of the plugin, but the Lite version, which is free. Also, adding a 1-star rating on the Lite version of the plugin, while you were using the Full version, can be misleading towards our potential customers.
As a paying customer you had full access to premium support, and you could’ve simply asked our support managers what the status of your refund request was, and they would check your purchase and let you know that it’s in process.
Like mentioned above – you will receive your refund within 5 – 7 business days from the day you submitted the request.
