I purchase a wordpress theme can't install some plugins

    i Purchase the Santino wordpress theme and was inform I needed these plugins to make it work right.
    I went to the wordpress dashboard to install the required plugins and would always get this message.
    Fatal error: Class ‘TGM_Bulk_Installer’ not found in /home/leewhite5054/public_html/eleewhitephotography.com/wp-content/themes/santino/bw/lib/tgm-plugin-activation/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1580
    I tried to select the folder through my Go Daddy cpanel and upload the folder but i can only open the folder and select each individual file which doesn’t seem right help.

    These are the plugins
    This theme requires the following plugins: Contact Form 7, Envato wordpress toolkit master and Post Types Order.
    I’m inform to install and can’t get them to upload or install.
