I think I accidentally deleted my data source from WooCommerce to Google Merchant Center. Now all my products are gone. When I try to add a new product source and click “Connect to WooCommerce,” it just takes me to the “add a plugin page,” but I already have the Google for WooCommerce plugin installed and configured, so there’s nothing I can do. I’ve already tried to reset the plugin and did everything again, but the source was not created, and I still have no products in my Merchant Center. Is there any way to create the source again?

  • Hi @pachobv,

Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand how frustrating and concerning this issue must be.

To resolve it, we’ll need to disconnect and reconnect again, but this time using a slightly different approach. First, clear your website cache. Then, disconnect your store from Google Merchant, deactivate the Google for WooCommerce plugin, and delete it.

Next, go to your Google Merchant Center, navigate to Settings > Account linking, and remove any existing WooCommerce connection. After that, clear your browser cache.

Once done, return to your site, reinstall the Google for WooCommerce plugin, and try reconnecting. Let me know how it goes.
