i want to remove some functionality

First of all i would like to thank you for making this awesome plugin 🙂
Here has some problem i am facing.
1. i would like to totally deactivate registration, login, and redirect options that have with the plugin.
because for registration, redirect after login, email configuration. i am using another plugin named “profile builder pro”
My homepage is for login and registration. but i think there was some conflict between these two plugins. After registration, it automatically redirects the home page with 404 not found. so, i want to completely remove this function from the plugin, i have a little bit knowledge about file editing if you guide me.

2. i am a little bit confused, your email settings and my plugin email setting did conflict with each other or not, because of “profile builder pro” i made confirmation email. and same settings has on your plugin too http://prntscr.com/keb5pu
